Every day in the run up to Christmas we will be sharing a small wellbeing tip that can make a big difference to how we feel and act. Your challenge is to try and complete the daily tip.
And as an added incentive, you can complete our free competition to be in with a chance of winning our prizes from clothing and food, to drinks, tickets and an amazing big giveaway at the end. We've had amazing donations from generous Scottish businesses, for which we're very grateful.
Running on our Facebook and Instagram social platforms, each morning you can see the wellbeing tip and prize for that day, and if you click on the button below it will take you straight to the entry form!

Terms and Conditions for Christmas Bingo
- Each individual can only enter with one email address.
- If you enter on day one, you will be entered in to 25 draws. Enter on day 2, and you will be entered in to 24 draws. This format continues for the consecutive days.
- The competition is only open to those in the UK.
- You must be 18 years or older to enter. Winner may be required to show proof for some prizes.
- Prizes will be awarded and sent to UK recipients only.
- The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative will be offered.
- To enter, you must complete the online registration form only. There are no other methods for entry.
- Winners will be selected at random, and announced on Instagram and Facebook the day after the draw. An email will also be sent.
- The winner must claim the prize and send their address within one week of the announcement. Failure to claim the prize and it will be forfeited.
- Some prizes will be sent direct by the prize giver. You agree that your address can be passed on for this purpose. It will not be shared with any other third parties.
- Farmstrong and the prize givers take no responsibility for postage delays, losses or damages.
